Each item is expertly coated with manganese phosphate, the preferred coating in military and aerospace, which offers superior protection and corrosion resistance compared to black oxide coating on other shallow impact sockets. The 6-point WaveDrive design grips fasteners more tightly than traditional design, preventing fastener rounding and giving you more leverage. Meets and exceeds ASME B107.110 standards.Â

These are some tough solid beefy built sockets no joke. Ordered a single shallow impact 14mm socket. Came super fast ordered from Amazon. It came in a small cool bag. I am keeping the little bag and putting small stuff inside of it to keep it in my tool bag that has outside pockets. Be aware the finish on these impact sockets are a flat black. Pictures make them look a little semi gloss but they are flat black finish. Tough sockets.
