I purchased the 1/4” drive torque wrench and metric hex bit socket set to work on my family’s bicycles. The wrench is graduated in newton meters which is a time-saver when working on most bicycles these days. (Inch pound gradations are also enscribed on the tool.) The torque range is as necessary to tighten just about everything that is commonly required on a bicycle. The plating on the wrench seems high quality and the storage case is robust. This is a good tool that I expect to use for many years.

At barely over 8″ in length, this 1/4″-drive, 30-150 in-lb torque wrench is a jewel of an instrument (I’m done with using a wrench and a fish scale for delicate torque settings). It is meticulously crafted and bilingual in both in-lb and N-m. I’m pleased that it comes in a ruggedized carrying case, and impressed that it included a signed Certificate of Conformity with actual factory test results (5-readings each at min, mid & max scale, both clockwise & counter-clockwise—30 readings in all—well under half the stated 4% tolerance with 95% certainty). With an appreciation for fine tools, Capri is definitely appealing to the engineering geek in me.
