Description
The Capri Tools Impact Socket is a collection of most frequently used deep impact sockets for trucks and heavy equipment. We use premium Chrome Molybdenum steel tempered with our proprietary heat treatment process to make these deep impact sockets. They are durable and specifically made to withstand high torque from power tools. Each item is expertly coated with manganese phosphate, the preferred coating in military and aerospace, which offers superior protection and corrosion resistance compared to black oxide coating on other deep impact sockets. The 6-point WaveDrive design grips fasteners more tightly than traditional design, preventing fastener rounding and giving you more leverage. Meets and exceeds ASME B107.110 standards.

These are the finest sockets I have ever purchased. I have used sonax, craftsman, and tekton (and some other brands). None compare. Finish is perfect. The tolerances are tight. Excellent quality. The rack they come with is superb and looks great in the toolbox. I bought the metric set too. I’m considering buy a set of chrome just because they’re so awesome and the more slender sockets come in handy sometimes.

These sockets are absolutely perfect . Over the last 18 years as a technician I currently own a set of Matco and craftsman 3/8 impacts and these blow them out of the water . They are well designed , fit my 3/8 impact perfect without any retention issues and are strong enough to take any abuse you throw at them .. this was part of my first purchase from Capri tools and it certainly won’t be the last !! Highly recommended !

This was my first Capri impact set, and after a little use I am very happy with them. I already purchased the 23 and 24mm singles to fill out the set. And I purchased the 1/2” drive large socket Deep set, 29 to 36mm. I own GP, GW, T, and others and feel these Capri will be as good or better than the others.

Is this a very capable set of metric impact sockets. I opted to get the 8-22 mm shallow and Deep socket with optional Billet Weston socket holder and I do not regret any of my purchase at all.

So far so good, nice set of impact sockets. Really like the socket holder, I am a do-it-yourselfer so have only used the sockets a few times, but they do seem like a quality product. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who needs a good socket set.
